FulfillX accelerates deployment and go-live not only by reducing development and flexible integration capabilities, but also patented bin induction functionality to reduce the labor required to induct bins the first time for AutoStore. This includes the ability to induct bins with product already in the bin.

The Kardex FulfillX Project Team works alongside your operations and IT teams to outline and configure your initial deployment to match your business needs. These configurations range from language, terminology, replenishment strategies, in-line cycle count, real-time bin configuration, order types and material flow, port configuration, etc.

Replenishment / Goods In

Replenishment is the process of manually putting goods into the AutoStore bins. FulfillX WES guides the user through the process to ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy.

Picking / Goods Out

Picking is the process of completing your customer’s orders with product out of AutoStore. FulfillX WES guides the user through the pick process, including any specific processes such as in-line scanning, serial number capture, etc. to complete orders quickly and efficiently.

Real-Time Bin Configuration

Flexibility when configuring of the AutoStore bins is a paramount feature of FulfillX. Users are able to change the configuration of the bin to be multiple locations (2x1, 4x1, 8x1, etc.) and single location (1x1) right at the port giving you the ultimate inventory flexibility.

Intuitive Picking Assistant

IPA is the next generation of completing warehouse operations at the AutoStore ports. By eliminating the computer & touchscreen, IPA using projection and 3D vision systems to increase efficiency and performance for the user. The future of AutoStore is here!
